Description

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handling all incoming calls and email inquiries.
  • Maintaining visitor logs and security access lists.
  • Assisting in the organisation of meetings and events.
  • Managing the reception area to maintain a professional image.
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing and photocopying.
  • Coordinating with the Secretarial & Business Support department as needed.
