DK Recruitment are seeking an ACA or ACCA qualified Financial Accountant to lead the financial accounts team of a St Austell Brewery business. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will manage statutory reporting, strengthen financial controls, and oversee accurate financial transactions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver accurate group reporting packs and statutory accounts
  • Lead the financial accounts team to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Establish robust financial controls and procedures
  • Provide clear and concise financial reporting for senior management
About You:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with post-qualification experience
  • Strong knowledge of FRS 102, financial principles, and regulations
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven team leadership with a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
