Senior Business Development Support Administrator - St. Austell - £28-32,000

Well Placed HR have been exclusively engaged by a successful Cornish engineering and e-commerce business that seeks to recruit an experienced Administrator to support their Head of Sales & Marketing and Business Development team. The role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based at the company’s prestigious headquarters on the outskirts of St. Austell.

In this varied role the successful candidate will focus on maximising the efficiency of processes and procedures allowing maximum standards of efficiency across the wider sales team. Key responsibilities to include:

- Assume key management of multiple sales calendars and monitor a range of incoming sales email enquiries, delegating where required

- Upload sales data to the company CRM for use in daily sales meetings

- Produce detailed sales performance reports, pipelines and metrics

- Take and document sales meeting notes

- Action sales and business development requirements i.e. conducting customer account reviews, sending samples and managing customer online accounts

For this role we seek an organised and sales orientated Administrator, ideally (though not essentially), gained within a sales/BD support environment. Previous exposure gained within a production or manufacturing environment would be advantageous, but applicants with a strong aptitude for delivering a high quality customer experience within any setting will be given strong consideration. This business is technology focussed utilising a range of digital sales platforms so good general experience of MS Office products, and the ability to pick-up on new systems will be essential. This is a highly visible role where the BD Support Administrator will regularly liaise with a wide range of colleagues so excellent interpersonal skills will be essential.
