We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join and compliment the existing team on this major redevelopment scheme - you should have a solid Main contracting background, a strong technical aptitude and a proven track record in delivering high quality public sector works to time and budget. In addition to being an established at managing people & processes, it's essential you have a comprehensive understanding of Building regs and the Building safety act, with good IT skills and excellent H & S awareness. Applications are welcomed from academic or trades backgrounds but an SMSTS, a Manager's CSCS card and a First aid at work will be essential with Asbestos awareness, Scaffold inspection & Temporary works being advantageous. An enhanced DBS is also required though this is something that we can process internally.
