Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Cornwall (Various Locations Considered)

About you: 

• You should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, or perhaps an unqualified fee earner 
• Ideally you should have at least 2 years’ private client experience
• STEP membership is preferred, but certainly not essential

• This private client team is based across all the Cornish offices 
• This is an expansion role, not a replacement
• The work on offer here is broad and encompasses the full variety of private client matters

What will you do?

• In this role you will advise a full range of private clients
• There may be the scope for you to focus on high-net-worth clients and those with more complex needs if desired
• You will advise on the drafting of wills, tax & succession planning, probate matters and trusts (although do still apply if you do not yet have trusts experience, as training can be given)
