Opportunity to work with a leading housing providerThe Role: As a Scheme Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for residents in sheltered housing schemes, helping to create a welcoming, well-maintained, and supportive community.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Regular visits to residents, providing advice and ensuring communal areas are well-maintained
  • Managing tenancy issues, responding to queries, and supporting customers with housing-related concerns
  • Coordinating maintenance & repairs in communal spaces to keep facilities in top condition
  • Working with external agencies to ensure residents receive additional support where needed
  • Promoting independent living, ensuring residents feel safe and secure in their homes
What We’re Looking For:? Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing or support services? A caring, proactive approach with the ability to build strong relationships? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently? Good IT and administration skills?
