Are you passionate about making a difference in education and looking for a fulfilling support role? We are working with a number of secondary schools and colleges in the St Austell and Bodmin area who are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HLTA.

About the role:

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will deliver lessons, work alongside the teaching staff and support students with their individual progress. Every day can be different working as a HLTA, some days you may support small groups or even provide 1:1 support for students, other days you may be delivering a lesson to whole classroom. Part of the HLTA role will involve behaviours management as well as marking.

Who we’re looking for:If you are an experienced HLTA or a TA who is willing to achieve HLTA status this job is for you! Experience working with SEN or SEMH students is beneficial. You may be required to work with different age groups and classes so adaptability is also key. A HLTA's role can be very varied meaning every day will have different rewards and challenges to overcome.
