- Providing a high-quality service to older residents within a sheltered housing facility
- Visiting the Scheme at least once a week, providing advice to residents
- Dealing with tenancy issues and ensuring that communal areas are clean
- Arranging maintenance and repairs in the communal areas
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable groups
- Ability to reflect on working practices and provide ideas for improvement
- Ability to work effectively with key partners to deliver shared objectives.
- Experience of applying common sense to situations and the risks
- Experience of working within the social housing sector or providing services to older residents
- Demonstrable working knowledge and understanding of issues relating to older people and provision of services in the locality
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain accurate records of information
- Ensures customer insight data is captured and feedback is listened to and acted upon to improve services.
- Ability to think ahead, to plan, prioritise and schedule activities to deliver organisational objectives.
