We are currently seeking a part-time, temporary Consumer Services Coordinator to enhance our consumer relations and uphold our brand’s reputation.
Day-to-day of the role:- Proactively manage and respond to consumer enquiries in a timely, respectful, and empathetic manner, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards in all communications, building brand trust and loyalty.
- Assess and escalate any potential safety concerns appropriately.
- Keep Freshdesk ticket data accurately updated.
- Coordinate with your line manager and global product managers to enhance brand and product knowledge.
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with the packing and dispatch of replacement parts as needed.
- Previous experience in an office-based customer service role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High level of IT literacy, proficient in Email and Excel.
- Passionate, creative, organised, and a strong team player.
- An understanding of consumer goods is highly desirable.
- Flexible working hours with a core period from 10:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday. Additional hours are flexibly across the week.
