Consumer Services Coordinator
  • Type: Part-time, Temporary until June 2025 - Paid Weekly.

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (Hybrid + Flexi)

We are currently seeking a part-time, temporary Consumer Services Coordinator to enhance our consumer relations and uphold our brand’s reputation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Proactively manage and respond to consumer enquiries in a timely, respectful, and empathetic manner, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintain high standards in all communications, building brand trust and loyalty.
  • Assess and escalate any potential safety concerns appropriately.
  • Keep Freshdesk ticket data accurately updated.
  • Coordinate with your line manager and global product managers to enhance brand and product knowledge.
  • Support the Warehouse Supervisor with the packing and dispatch of replacement parts as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High level of IT literacy, proficient in Email and Excel.
  • Passionate, creative, organised, and a strong team player.
  • An understanding of consumer goods is highly desirable.
