Interim Part Time Human Resources Administrator - St. Columb - £25,000 FTE

Well Placed HR have been exclusively reengaged by a long standing client, a recognised and respected manufacturing business that urgently seek to recruit a part time HR Administrator to assist with a major project. The contract duration is anticipated to be no less than 3 months and the will ideally work over a three day working week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Working closely alongside the Human Resources Manager, the successful candidate will assume a key role in assisting with the following tasks:

- Organise and file employee onboarding documentation

- Assist in conducting a full audit of existing contracts of employment

- Regular and compliant updating of employee records and documentation

- Provide general administrative support to the people management team

- Act as an initial point of contact for employee queries

- Assist with document filing and archiving

- Assist with other project related or operational tasks

For this role we’re looking for a personable, articulate and organised individual who possesses excellent communication skills. Experience of working within a HR environment would be advantageous though not essential. Excellent IT and team-working skills will be a pre-requisite, as will be a sensitive and supportive attitude.
