The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Line manage key workers, including activities/inclusion colleagues and volunteer worker
Plan activities and events with the team, including risk assessments
Lead and get involved in service activities and events
Complete support plan review audits and feedback
Support the management team to complete duties within the team
Visit multiple services and accommodations

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience is a relevant role
Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own car
Enhanced DBS
