Qualified Social Worker

Flex360 are seeking local qualified independent social workers, who hold experience of supporting young people and children (a particular emphasis in experience with 'Fostering, viability, parenting assessments and Court reports’ would be highly advantageous).

You will deliver high quality preventative and statutory support that will enable Local Authority social care services to complete the necessary ad hoc Children’s Assessments and Statutory visits as and when the need presents itself.

YOU MUST:

  • SWE registered
  • Qualified Social Worker
  • Good knowledge of legislation, regulation and safeguarding, relating to vulnerable young people best practices
  • Understanding and experience of Lone-working in a social work setting and risk management
  • Highly organised individual with good communication and engagement capabilities, and able to remain calm and resilient under pressure.
  • Assessment/report writing skills
  • Local to the Cornwall area or bordering areas
  • A driving license and use of vehicle is essential
