NG Supervisor Needed for National Grid Cabling Project in Saint AustellOur client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled NG Supervisor to work on a cabling project within the National Grid substation build located in Saint Austell, Cornwall. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our subcontractor team.Qualifications:- Previous experience as an NG Person (National Grid authorized person)- Relevant qualifications such as NRSWA Unit 2- Proven track record of successful management and supervision skills Responsibilities:As an NG Supervisor working with us, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:1) Overseeing all works carried out by our subcontractors 2) Ensuring that health & safety standards are adhered to at all times 3) Regularly liaising with clients regarding progress updates 4) Coordinating site activities including materials delivery schedules 5 ) Managing any issues or problems arising onsiteSkills required:- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Highly organized approach towards managing multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving abilities when dealing with unexpected situations Rate offered: Market rates - Outside IR35If you have previous experience working within the sector along-side relevant certifications then this could be just what you're looking for!
