We are a growing SME manufacturing business based in St Helen's, looking to expand our finance team by bringing in a Part Qualified Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual either actively studying towards an ACCA or CIMA qualification or someone who is qualified by experience.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the finance function, while also gaining exposure to a wide range of tasks to further develop your career.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
- Supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Preparing and analysing financial data for internal stakeholders
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Cash flow forecasting
- Continuous improvement of financial processes
Profile
About You: We are looking for a proactive and driven individual who is either studying towards their ACCA/CIMA qualification or has relevant experience in a management accounting role. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or similar industries and a strong understanding of financial processes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
- Strong understanding of management accounting and financial processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Sage and Microsoft Excel.
