Accounts Assistant
- Annual Salary: £25k to £26k per annum

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join an established company in the St Helens area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining financial records. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in accounting software and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and paying suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Posting and allocating receipts.
- Assisting with Month-end
- Processing company credit card expenditure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers
