RG Consultancy are working with an established, growing company based in St. Helens who are looking to add an Assistant Accountant to their team.
Supporting the Finance Manager, this Assistant Accountant role would be responsible for the day-to-day accounts functions and month end preparation.
Duties include:
- Assisting with month end duties including accruals & prepayments and preparing board packs
- Assisting with balance sheets reconciliations
- Budget preparation & management
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Accounts Payable duties; BACs payments, processing invoices and more
- Assist with improving internal finance functions
- Support the finance team with other tasks as required
