The Role: 

We are looking for a candidate that can make their mark in a niche & bespoke industry... Here's how: 

  • Document Management: Organize, update, and maintain technical documents, drawings, and specifications in both physical and digital formats.
  • Project Support: Assist with tracking project timelines, deliverables, and status updates; liaise with project managers and engineers to support project coordination.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact within the engineering department, handling client and supplier inquiries and coordinating information across teams.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into project management and ERP systems, generating reports as required.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange meetings, take minutes, and coordinate schedules to ensure efficient workflow across projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documents adhere to regulatory and company standards, assisting with compliance documentation as needed.

About You:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical environment is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office Suite, project management software, and experience with ERP systems or CAD document handling is a plus
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project needs.
