I am urgently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Resolution Officer to join my client's dynamic team in St Helens! Your new roleIn this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to person for residents when they need help the most. You'll manage Stage 1 and Stage 2 customer complaints with efficiency and empathy, ensuring every concern is addressed promptly and effectively. Your expertise in social housing will shine as you work closely with the Housing Ombudsman and adhere to the Complaint Handling Code, navigating complex issues with confidence and care. Working across a diverse range of complaint categories, you will be flexible in your approach and be easily adaptable. Covering a period of absence, this role will be until the end of March and is site based in St Helens. What you'll need to succeedYou will have a proven track record in social housing and a strong background in handling customer complaints. If you're familiar with the Housing Ombudsman and the Complaint Handling Code, that's a big plus! Your ability to provide exceptional support will be key to creating a positive impact in the community, but equally, you will be able to navigate more challenging conversations with confidence. Experience working with the QL system is advantageous but not essential as desk based coaching will be provided.
