Accounts Receivable Clerk / £23,000 / St.Helens / PermanentAdaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in the St. Helens area who are looking for a graduate Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team Job Duties:

  • Manage the creation and distribution of credit notes, ensuring all adjustments and reconciliations are processed efficiently
  • Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices, ensuring they are completed accurately and in accordance with established billing procedures
  • Accurately allocate incoming cash to the appropriate accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies
  • Monitor and manage overdue accounts, proactively following up on outstanding payments with a focus on minimizing risk. This includes maintaining discretion when dealing with both current and historic debt recovery matters.
  • Provide support and communicate with wider finance team as needed
