Position: School CaretakerLocation: Primary School St. Helen'sStart Date: ASAPDuration: Long Term Hours: 5.30am-10amPay: From £13.00 per hour

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and reliable School Caretaker for a Primary school in St. Helen's.The successful candidate will work from 5.30am-10am, ensuring the school's facilities are maintained to a high standard. You will need Key Holder experience as you will be opening up the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Key holder responsibilities - Opening up of the school
General upkeep and maintenance of school premises
Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the environment
Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Managing supplies and stock as required
Assisting with security and monitoring of the school premises

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check is required
Key holder responsibilities - Opening up of the school
Previous experience in a caretaking or maintenance role, preferably within a school setting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
