North West Region - Warrington base
A chance to join a team as a Building Control Regional Manager of a team of Building Inspectors who work across the North West. There are existing clients and a portfolio of projects. So you can step into a management role without the need to develop new business and have impossible targets to hit.
You will still be able to manage your own sites, so you don't need to leave surveying behind completely but a lot of this role will be develop, mentor and recruit new staff to the existing team.
You will have Principal Surveyors who you'll be able to delegate some of the mentoring to and to manage the more complex projects.
The region spans Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside and North Staffordshire.
You will need to get to the office once a week and be able to manage staff remotely.
You'll be well rewarded for your efforts with a salary at least £70,000

You'll need to have some experience managing a team, whether that's from an RBA, Local Authority or structural Warranty provider. You are open to apply if you are working at Senior or Principal level and want to step into a Building Control Regional Manager position.
