We are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive to be the key point of contact for inbound inquiries. Utilising exceptional communication and sales skills, you will convert leads into successful sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored modular space solutions to drive revenue growth.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our modular space solutions and their benefits to effectively communicate them to potential clients.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and sales leads with professionalism, promptly responding to customer queries and providing accurate information.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and securing new business.
  • Engage with potential clients to identify their specific requirements and present our company as the ideal solution to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, nurturing accounts to drive repeat business and maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively utilise CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire for sales success, proactively seeking self-improvement and actively participating in sales training and development programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in customer service, outbound/inbound sales or preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a competitive mindset and a relentless drive to succeed.
