I am pleased to be working with a market-leading supplier of innovative storage and building solutions who are seeking a motivated and tenacious Sales Executive to join their busy office in Haydock, St. Helens. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Benefits:

  • Salary - £22,000 to £25,000 basic, with a realistic OTE of £30,000 per annum
  • Working Hours – 37.5 hours per week, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
  • Holidays – 33 days holidays inclusive of Bank Holidays

Role Profile:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales by converting warm leads into successful sales, utilising their fantastic sales skills and providing fantastic customer service. They will have a good, in-depth knowledge of company products and be able to confidently and professionally sell the benefits to new and existing customers

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Be the first point of contact to new and existing customers, providing first-rate customer service during all instances of communication
  • Engage with potential clients to identify their specific requirements and present our company as the ideal solution to meet their needs
  • Respond to customer queries effectively and quickly, providing all relevant information including product specs and quotations
  • Effectively utilise CRM systems and sales tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records
  • Demonstrate a strong desire for sales success, proactively seeking self-improvement and actively participating in sales training and development programs

Specification:

  • Proven track record of success in customer service, outbound/inbound sales, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving revenue and achieving sales targets
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a competitive mindset and a relentless drive to succeed
