Location: St Helens (90% office based, 10% field based)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £48,000 + Bonus giving £5,000 - £10,000

The role of the Sales Manager Modular Buildings will involve:

  • Sales Manager position selling a high end manufactured range of modular & portable buildings
  • You will be targeting the educational, commercial and sports & leisure sectors
  • Your time will be split 50/50 between selling into end users & contractors
  • Dealing with average project sizes ranging between £100k-£300k
  • National customer site visits will be required as and when
  • You will have a turnover target, this will be set depending on experience
  • Good blend of new business and account management

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager Modular Buildings with:

  • Must have sales experience within the modular buildings industry
  • Strong communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
  • Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
