We are seeking an experienced and skilled Press Brake Operator proficient in operating Amada and Trumpf press brake machines to produce high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate will interpret technical drawings, program and set up the machines, and ensure production is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Amada and Trumpf press brake machines to fabricate and form parts according to customer specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings to set up equipment accurately.
- Program and adjust press brake settings, including tooling changes, backstops, and stroke lengths.
- Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
