You will drive employee engagement, development, and performance, coordinate all technical workforce and resources, and will be the technical expert in the division providing advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a strong background in M&E design within the commercial and/or building services sectors.   • Lead and deliver technical M&E design for high-value projects
  • Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage all technical resources within the division

  • Office based with client / site visits required

The Person:

  • Proven M&E design background within commercial or building services sectors
  • Experience using CAD and BIM software
  • Ability to lead and manage technical delivery
  • Full UK Driving License
