So, can you complete your Induction whilst on supply?Yes you can! You can complete your Induction by working full terms in different schools or should we be able to secure you a long-term position of a full academic year, this will also enable you to complete part of your Induction. Only placements of one full term will count towards your Induction, and you need to complete the full time equivalent of two full academic years. CPD for Early Career Teachers: We have developed our CPD courses to help hone the necessary skills in the classroom you'll need as an ECT, such as:Interview TechniquesHow to plan a good lesson in accordance with OFSTEDEffective Questioning in the ClassroomKeeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and Safeguarding
