? Job Details:- Position: SEN Teaching Assistant- Location: Lovely Primary School in Rainhill- Type: Full-Time - Day to day, short term, long term and permanent roles available �? About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with the teacher, on a 1:1 basis and in groups with children, some may have challenging behaviours. Your role will involve providing essential support, encouragement, and guidance to help these children thrive academically and emotionally. Experience working with SEN children is a must for this role.�? Key Responsibilities:- Support the class, alongside supporting the children with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in group settings to facilitate their learning and development.- Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and accommodations to meet the unique needs of each child.- Collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure the overall well-being of the children.??
