Job Role- Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Salary- £43,500-£44,000

Shifts- Mon-Fri Days

Location- St Helens

The Company

Our client is an established packaging manufacturer with multiple sites producing over a million units per week. Each site has closely knit teams of experienced engineers

The Role

As an electrical maintenance engineer you will be responsible for:

• Reacting to breakdowns and planned preventive maintenance
• Project work to maintain the availability of all machinery
• Fault finding electrically on motors, drivers and circuits
• Fault find mechanically on conveyors, bearings and gears
• Fault find on PLC’s

Requirements

As an electrical maintenance engineer, it is required that you:

• NVQ level 3 electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
• Experience of fault finding on PLC’s
• Good knowledge of mechanical fault finding
