Our client, a leading engineering and maintenance provider, is seeking a skilled Panel Wirer to join their team in St Helens on a permanent basis.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide wiring, mechanical assembly and fitting of components within electrical control cabinets and systems
  • Read and understand circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Collaborate effectively with the engineering team
  • Wire electrical control cabinets and systems
  • Work both independently and as part of a multi-skilled team
  • Fit out and assemble components within electrical control cabinets and systems
  • Work as part of a team and use knowledge of 5S/Lean manufacturing to achieve KPIs


Job Requirements:

  • Experience as a Panel Wirer within the manufacturing sector
  • Proficient in reading and understanding circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of 5S/Lean manufacturing principles
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
