Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Warrington
Salary: Up to £40,000
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Maintnance Electrician to cover a large site with multiple offices in St Helens. This role combines electrical maintenance with minor plumbing and fabric tasks, ensuring facilities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out minor plumbing repairs and general fabric maintenance.
- Complete PPMs, including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and water systems checks.
- Maintain and repair power circuits, commercial lighting, sockets, and switches.
- Perform AHU filter changes and basic servicing.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Handle minor fabric repairs, including doors, furniture, and patchwork.
- Monitor and optimize energy efficiency in electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks.
- Manage workloads independently across multiple locations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, with multi-skilled capabilities.
- 18th Edition
- Electrical Install Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Hands-on and adaptable approach to varied tasks
