At Job & Talent, we are recruiting for Production Operative to work with an important company in the Haydock WA11 0QZ area. Our client is a market leader of food and beverage products, manufacturing their own products, as well as some of the best known brands.

Shift Patterns:

Monday - Friday 6:00-14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 06:00 - available for any shift. Rotating schedule will be given by the manager.

Pay Rates

£11.44 p/h for the first 12 weeks
£12.29 p/h day shift after 12 weeks

As a Production Operative you will need to have:

Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks up to 25 kg

Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.
Communication and numeracy skills - a good level of English is required.
Good attention to details.
Excellent timekeeping and high performance.
This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.

Role of a Production Operative:

Working within a busy/fast paced environment
Packing food products.
Ensure product quality standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area
Labeling, palletizing and wrapping products
Follow safety protocols at all times
Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
