Logistics People are looking for Production Operatives/Factory Operatives/Factory Worker/Line Operative/Production Team Member/General Production Operative to join our team.
Location: St Helens, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday AM & PM Shifts Available
Pay rate: £11.44 - £13.73 P/hr
Position: Production Operative
Logistics People are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our team in St Helens, based at our IPS site.
As a Production Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
- Packing orders in preparation for shipping.
- Working as a team on a Production Line.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including sweeping and disposing of debris.
- Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail.
- Handling mostly light weight product
- Assisting with other duties as assigned by Line Leaders.
- Participating in any required training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
Our ideal candidate:
- Able to work as a part of a team and be self-managed when necessary.
- Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
