What You'll Be Doing:

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with operational teams, helping drive performance and profitability across the business. You'll be a key player in decision-making, providing financial insights and strategic guidance. Your role will include: Business Partnering - Collaborating with senior stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive financial performance.Financial Analysis - Providing insightful analysis on costs, efficiencies, and margins to support operational decisions.Budgeting & Forecasting - Leading the annual budgeting process and producing accurate forecasts to support growth.Cost Control & Performance Monitoring - Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.Continuous Improvement - Driving financial best practices and supporting investment decisions.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in a manufacturing or fast paced environment.Someone with strong analytical skills who can turn data into actionable insights.A natural relationship builder who enjoys partnering with non-finance teams.A proactive mindset - someone who challenges the status quo and looks for better ways of working.
