An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful company. We have been established for over 20 years as specialists in all areas of financial planning from retirement & pension planning to mortgage & protection and we are continuing to grow our business year on year.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and personable individual who wants to help to grow our business through building relationships & delivers excellent client service first time, every time as a wealth administrator.

You will be required to process wealth applications after our clients have received a fully advised process and to follow this through to completion, in a timely manner.

This is a fully office based role, benefits include a 4pm finish on Fridays & no weekend working

Responsibilities:

Working with the team to meet SLA levels

Communicating with clients throughout the journey

Ensure all applications are accurate and complete

Ensure all supporting documentation has been provided and collate for recommendation appointments

Completion of reviews annually.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in wealth management/pensions essential.

Well organised, with an eye for detail.

Strong IT skills

The ability to work under pressure

A very strong work ethic and a focus on delivery

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
