Looking to recruit an employed IFA to come into this established independent financial planning firm in St Helens.

The importance of this hire is being driven by continued growth across the business, which will allow the incoming Adviser to work towards becoming a Senior member of the team and ultimately becoming a shareholder.

  • £50k - £60k basic salary, dependent on experience + very achievable bonuses + additional benefits
  • Support for further growth and development within the business
  • Clients to be passed over from the owner of the business (c£250k - c£300k of recurring income)
  • Regular leads to be passed over from their introducers, social media initiatives and website
  • Leads to be passed from the Group Schemes the firm manages

As an Adviser you will naturally benefit from the clients current setup. This includes full Adviser support from an administration and paraplanning perspective, which will allow you the time needed to go out and see clients passed over as well as develop new clients from the leads passed to you from coming into the business from multiple sources.

Due to the availability of clients to be passed, support for further development and the ability to work towards becoming a shareholder, I do not expect this role to be on the market for long.

Therefore, if this does look of interest, then I would be keen to hear from you ASAP
