Responsibilities:
- Draught wills and provide advice to clients on estate planning.
- Manage a caseload of probate matters.
- Utilise your knowledge of LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of conveyancing as it pertains to probate.
- Proficiency in using case management software such as Proclaim and Word.
- Post-qualified experience in probate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
