Key Responsibilities:

?- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEMH needs?- Incorporate sports/P.E. activities to support engagement and well-being?- Manage classroom behaviour and provide a nurturing learning environment?- Differentiate teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets?- Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent- Experience working with SEMH or SEND students- A passion for using sports as a tool for engagement and learning- Strong behaviour management skills- A resilient, adaptable, and proactive approach
