Role: Personal Development Tutor Location: Merseyside Rate: £25000 - £31700 Type: Full time permanent Eden Brown education are currently looking for a Personal Development Tutor on behalf of a leading further education college in Merseyside, As a Personal Development Tutor you will monitor student's overall performance in college, including academic progress, attendance planning for next steps and overall personal development. To apply for the role you will have: * Strong knowledge of personal development topics such as emotional intelligence, resilience, leadership, time management, communication, and self-motivation. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to engage and motivate learners of all backgrounds and skill levels. * Empathetic, approachable, and patient, with strong interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Proficient in using technology to enhance learning (e.g., learning management systems, digital learning tools). * Commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Desirable Qualifications and Experience: * Experience in life coaching or mentoring. * Experience working with vulnerable or at-risk learners. * Familiarity with digital learning platforms and content creation tools.
