THE ROLE

We are looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver a high quality, consistent and professional occupational health service. You will report to the HR Business Partner, with a dotted line responsibility to two EHS Managers.

Responsibilities will be pre-employment medicals including drug testing, well person screening, case management, sickness absence management, health promotion and providing support to mental health first aiders. You will conduct health surveillance and fitness for role medicals (Hot work and Driver) as identified by risk assessment including undertaking Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision, Skin and night worker assessment.

In addition, you will also be responsible for electronic OH data, providing statistics and carrying out specific project work as requested by the HR or EHS Managers.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You and your Skills

  • Registered nurse with an active PIN with no restrictions or conditions.
  • Hold an Occupational Health qualification.
  • Recent experience within an occupational health role, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Case management experience is essential.
  • Be able to work autonomously with the support of the HR and EHS teams on site and another part time Occupational Health Advisor based at a different site.
