Salary - £40,000 + Bonuses

Location - Merseyside (full time office based)

My client is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including team management, recruitment, business planning, and financial duties. The role will involve developing strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team to achieve operational goals, KPIs, and business objectives
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
