Job Title - Operations Manager
Salary - £40,000 + Bonuses
Location - Merseyside (full time office based)

My client is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including team management, recruitment, business planning, and financial duties. The role will involve developing strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team to achieve operational goals, KPIs, and business objectives
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Handle overall management duties, ensuring smooth department operations
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a medical or legal background is preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to new challenges
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
