Ironstone Recruitment are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee the opening of a brand new Children's Careprovision based in the ST Helens area of Merseyside.
The provision is a beautiful 4 bedroomed detached Therapeutic Home that will cater for 2 young people. Our client is dedicated to providing the best possible care for every young person. You will liase with the RI and work together in theregistration and opening of the home. This RM position will lead to a dual registration post and an increased salary ofCirca 55,000-60,000plus bonuses and profit shareand achievable KPI.

Staff training will be on a regular basis from RCW's to the Registered Manager, based on a therapeutic model, this will be essential to the ethos of the home.
You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home within the last 5 years that carries a rating of "Good" or above.
You must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification in Children and Young People's Services.
You must hold a full UK driving licence.
You must be passionate that children and young people should have equal opportunities.
