Description

  • Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of HR reports and data analysis.
  • Participate in HR projects, such as onboarding plans and employee surveys.

Profile
