- Manage all systems integrations
- Update relevant SOPs and create new ones where applicable
- Assist with system migration, upgrades and development
- Maintain export/import files
- Provide training documents to improve user buy-in with new systems and procedures
- Assist with the support and development of reporting tools and dashboards
- Identify areas of inefficiency and system duplication and actively seek alternatives
- Guide users on office 365 applications and their usage
- Be point of contact for all application queries from other departments
- Liaise with third party suppliers/business partners
- Triage support tickets across the business applications
