About Us: Impact Services is a provider of cleaning services across the UK with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Manager to join our team and ensure our facilities division is maintained to the highest standards.

Job Description: As a Cleaning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities division. Your duties will include managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies. You will also be responsible for scheduling, training, and performance management of the cleaning team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.

Train new staff and provide ongoing training for existing staff.

Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Complete monthly customer review meetings and complete service level agreements

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cleaning Manager or similar role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
