A well-established and highly regarded UK law firm seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Litigator with 2+ years PQE to join our growing and diverse dispute resolution team in Merseyside.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of litigation matters, making it an ideal position for a motivated solicitor looking to expand their expertise across various practice areas including:

  • Property Litigation: Leases, Landlord & Tenant disputes, Evictions, Section 21 Notices, Adverse Possession claims, and Repossessions
  • Commercial & Civil Litigation: Shareholder disputes, Shareholder agreements, Debt recovery
  • Housing Disrepair (HDR)

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor (2+ PQE) with experience in commercial and property litigation
  • Strong skills in advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution
  • Capable of managing a diverse caseload independently while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, along with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A proactive, commercially focused approach to litigation
