What You'll Do:As a Family Law Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, including:

  • Divorce and Separation: Guiding clients through the legal process with care and professionalism.
  • Child Arrangements and Parental Disputes: Advocating for the best interests of children and families.
  • Financial Settlements: Assisting clients in reaching fair financial agreements.
  • Tolata Disputes: Navigating complex legal challenges with expertise.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court when necessary. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients will be key to your success!

What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years PQE as a qualified Solicitor or relevant experience as a Legal Executive/Senior Paralegal.
  • Strong caseload management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach to your work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook & Word).
  • Familiarity with the Proclaim Case Management System is a plus!
