What You'll Do:As a Family Legal Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, including:

  • Divorce and Separation: Providing compassionate guidance through the legal process.
  • Child Arrangements and Parental Disputes: Advocating for the best interests of children and families.
  • Financial Settlements: Assisting clients in achieving fair financial agreements.
  • Tolata Disputes: Expertly navigating complex legal challenges.

You will deliver high-quality legal advice, draft essential legal documents, and represent clients in court when necessary. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients will be crucial to your success!

What We're Looking For:To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong caseload management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach to your work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook & Word).
  • Familiarity with the Proclaim Case Management System is an advantage.
