Our client, a leading legal organisation, is seeking an experienced Wills & Probate Legal Executive to join their team in St Helens. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a diverse, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of probate matters.
  • Draught wills and provide advice to clients on estate planning.
  • Utilise your knowledge of LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of conveyancing as it pertains to probate.
  • Proficiency in using case management software such as Proclaim and Word.
  • Post-qualified experience in probate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work with minimal support and supervision, confidently generating your own letters and documents. Your strong organisational and time management abilities will enable you to effectively manage your caseload and correspondence.
